If a client requests work to be performed without first obtaining a written quote, the client agrees that such work will be billed at FR Landscaping Corporation’s standard Time & Materials rates in effect at the time services are rendered.

Verbal authorization, email confirmation, text message approval, or on-site direction to proceed with additional work constitutes authorization to perform the work and acceptance of applicable charges.

Unforeseen site conditions — including but not limited to hidden debris, underground obstructions, drainage issues, excessive accumulation, restricted access, or previously undisclosed property conditions — may result in additional labor or material costs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients before proceeding with additional billable work when practical; however, failure to provide advance notice does not waive the obligation to pay for services performed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FR Landscaping Corporation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Website interruptions or delays

  • Errors or omissions in website content
