Tier 1 - Basic Watch:

• Storm damage (fallen branches, ice damage, flooding)

• Snow/ice buildup on walkways + roofs

• Signs of forced entry or trespassing

• Notify you immediately of any emergencies

• Each visit includes:Photos emailed/texted to the homeowner, Brief checklist report, Notes on anything that needs attention.

Tier 2- Safety Plan: (Everything in Tier 1 +)

• Clearing branches/debris

• Ensuring driveway access is clear

Tier 3- All Inclusive: (Everything in Tier 2 +)

• Extra check-ins after large storms (All Inclusive)

• Coordinating repairs, if needed (All inclusive)

• Walkway clean-up the day before return trip (All Inclusive)
